Twin tube infrared lamp is made up of 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tube, each tube has Heating Coil of Tungsten material which runs in U shape in the tube which is filled with halogen gas.

Because of their long life, medium wave quartz infrared heaters perform extremely well in continuous processes. Also it is slower in response to changes in process requirement as compared to the short-wavelength lamps and are slower to heat up and cool down.
