In the production process of large-scale cables, it is necessary to apply a colored paint on the cable conductor. And curing drying process is particularly vital for the period, as the coating needs to be heated to 300 degrees Celsius during the rapid production.

We started to do experiments after receiving client’s requests, and found that the short-wave infrared lamp with nano white has a good curing effect, which can meet the temperature requirements of paint curing.

Each infrared heating module is made up of 6pcs white reflector short wave infrared emitters, each emitter rates 3KW. It meets the production speed of 7 meters per minute, which greatly improves the production efficiency, realizing 30% energy saving, at the same time, it improves the quality of the product.

6. why coating on quartz tube surface ?
   QUICKLY offers infrared emitters which coated with gold and white reflector , they can emit heat directly to the product. A gold or white coating on the infrared emitters reflects the infrared radiation. Consequently the infrared radiation impinging on the product is virtually doubled, increasing the effectiveness of the heat output. The reflection efficiency of gold coating is higher than white coating, while for the emitters with high watt density or the surface temperature of the tube above 800°C , we suggest to use ceramic coating as reflector because the temperature resistance is up to 1000°C . In addition to 180° (half-tube) coating, we also manufacture 270° coating or other customer specified degrees.
